Delivery & Refund Policies

We provide same-day doorstep deliveries from Monday-Sunday. Same day deliveries are only available for orders before 3.00p.m (Not applicable on public holidays and peak seasons). Do provide us the delivery date and time upon checkout. Orders typically arrives between 9.00a.m-9.55p.m. We could not guarantee punctual deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Jam, Accidents, Supplier Delays, etc.) However, what we can guarantee is that we would do our best to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. We apologize beforehand in case of any late deliveries. Please note that additional charges may apply to same day deliveries for orders placed after 10.00p.m.

In the case of placing an incorrect order, please contact us immediately (Contact methods can be found in 'Contact Us' page). Refunds and cancellations are strictly not allowed once the products are shipped. If you do receive an incorrect order, please do not hesitate to let us know.
